Through customised and confidential survey questions, BravaTrak® allows teams to provide feedback on the leadership activity of their managers, and it allows managers to do likewise for their immediate managers.The user-friendly data is summarised with graphs and tables that highlight strengths and development opportunities. In-depth, online reports are available to each participating manager.
You can then analyse the information and set up 90-day Action Plans, which are based on Brava's proven approach.
The BravaTrak® process is undertaken 4-monthly in the first year. Tracking progress over this short period of time provides the impetus and feedback necessary to prompt managers to apply the skills you've trained. In subsequent years, BravaTrak® is undertaken 6-monthly.
