In a performance improvement project you and Onirik engage in a joint exercise to achieve agreed measurable results. Onirik becomes your “business partner” providing additional resources and capabilities to help you accomplish fast and lasting business improvement.In financial terms, we offer a fee structure where by your investment is directly linked to the agreed measurable results of your project. In operational terms, this means we stay on the project until the agreed results are achieved. Historically this has meant any where between three to four months. Clearly, in order to work this way we have some reliable methods to ensure projects are successful, quickly.
Financially
The investment for a performance improvement project, where the fee is linked to the measured results (e.g. productivity), is split into two parts. A portion is paid up front or in progress payments during the project. The balance is linked to the achievement of an agreed result on successful project completion. Typically the result is measured over a three month period.Your investment is also linked to the financial value of the project for you. This approach ensures you can forecast and guarantee the project return on investment and payback period. For 12 years, 96% of Onirik clients have achieved 300% or higher return on investment. Once managers understand the details of how this pricing model works they typically say to us, “We should have contracts like this with all our suppliers where they get paid according to the value of the results they deliver.”
Operationally
This guarantee responds to the fears that the changes are "too complex, my people won't understand" or “they’ll slip back into old habits” and the gains "won't stick".Again, in order to offer a guarantee, we make the implementation understandable, we ensure that your team will prefer to run the systems and their behaviours the new way, and we put simple process measurements in place to show the new systems are being used.
We also ensure that effective frontline leadership is applied to reinforce and sustain the changes. Managers find their people understand the intention for the changes, embrace the changes, understand the models and how to use them, see the new results they are achieving, and so want to maintain the new system.
