Who We Are
Onirik is a privately owned Australian specialist boutique management consulting company. We are made up of a core team of expert senior consultants and business partners. Our alliance partners include Brava, BravaTrak, Inspiritive, Strada7, and WTRI. Our team includes an extended group of subcontractor consultants with industry or other specialist capability.
We serve our clients through practices with a common theme of accelerating the optimisation of performance of their “human assets.” We help our clients make fast, lasting and transformative improvements to their performance and realise their most important goals.
The experience, specialised capabilities and quality of our people are the foundation of our ability to help our clients. Their contrast of background, expertise, gender, nationality, and mindsets ensures our clients receive an equilibrium of extensive and wide ranging expertise. A significant number of our team also speak multiple languages.
Our headquarters is based in Brisbane in Australia. Our team and partners are dispersed around the globe in locations including Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK and Europe. Our structure helps us deliver the best team to each client wherever they may be.

Geoffrey Wade – Principal Consultant
Geoff is the founder of Onirik. He is a management consultant with over thirty years of experience in line management in operations, service, sales and marketing; and over fifteen years experience in consulting. Geoff has BSc, BE, MBA, GCNLP and trainer qualifications. Geoff has worked in or with the information technology, banking, contact centres, insurance, utility, mining, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications and transport industries. His areas of interest and expertise include change management, leadership analytics, leadership development, modelling experts and expertise, and applying neuroscience for high velocity change. Geoff is based in Brisbane.
Christopher Collingwood – Senior Trainer and Coach
Chris is an executive coach and trainer. Chris has BA (Psy), MAppSci (Social Ecology), Dip Training and Assessment Systems, GCNLP, and NLP Trainer Assessor qualifications. Chris is a very experienced consultant in corporate culture change, coaching and development. Chris is based in Sydney.
Greg Layton – Senior Consultant
Greg’s areas of expertise include leadership development and “modelling” / duplicating high performance. Greg’s qualifications include BBus and GCNLP. Greg has worked as an executive in large government and private sector firms in Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada in IT&T, Financial Services, Energy and Education. He has also held a number of board positions. Greg is a student of Mental, Emotional, Linguistic and Physical Intelligence constantly developing his skills in these areas to helping leaders apply the Loehr and Schwartz principles of the Corporate Athlete, for peak performance in life and work. Greg is based in Melbourne.
John Watt – Senior Consultant
John is a change management consultant with expertise covering the Government and Private sectors. John has BEd., DipTech and MPP qualifications. Following a successful teaching career John moved into a consulting and evaluation role in NSW Department of Education. A promotion to the NSW Premier’s Department followed. John led wide ranging reviews of public sector performance; planning and implementing major performance improvement initiatives for the sector as whole before becoming an independent consultant to the Local, state and Federal Govt sectors. John is based in Sydney.
Dr Clifford Saunders
Dr. Saunders is a seasoned Management Consultant with 20 years of experience at the CEO, Board and Executive levels with Fortune 500/Blue Chip Corporations. His education spans Engineering (BSc), Applied Psychology (MSc), and Cybernetics (PhD). Together with extensive research, high tech and manufacturing experience, his life’s career has focused on helping organizations manage change, problem solve, make better decisions, improve performance and effectiveness, expand leadership skills, enhance group dynamics, re-engineer processes, and turn chaos and complexity to advantage. Cliff is based in Brisbane.
Ambrose McKinnery – Senior Consultant
Ambrose is a Ambrose is an organisational psychologist. Ambrose has BA Hons (Psy), GD Counselling, GCNLP qualifications. His career has been principally one of consulting and assisting organisations with their human resource needs from psychometric assessment for personnel selection, to job analysis and design and establishing performance management and appraisal coaching systems. He has consulted to companies across the board, including mining, transport, medical, manufacturing, and professional services. Ambrose is based in Brisbane.
Colin Douglas – Senior Leadership Consultant
Colin specialises in coaching and mentoring managers, business owners, teams, youth, sports people and athletes to maximise performance. Colin facilitates and consults with top and mid management groups for effectiveness reviews, strategic decisions, situation appraisals, problem analysis, and role clarification. Colin helps people managers to improve their ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce, increase their capacity to assume greater and more complex responsibilities, and to retain their “top talent”. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Colin splits his time between Melbourne and Wellington New Zealand.
Brad Munns – Leadership Consultant
Brad is a certified Brava and Strada7 Coach. He has BBus (Accountancy) and PNLP qualifications. While at Ernst & Young Brad developed a keen interest in leadership development, employee engagement and coaching. Brad brings a wide range of experience helping organisations face change and leaders to engage and develop new performance levels among their staff. Brad is based in Brisbane.
Penelope Clifford – Business Development Consultant
Penelope is a member of the business development team. She has a distinguished career in event management and sales. Penelope’s has extensive experience working in the marketing, pharmaceutical, hospitality, jewellery and retail industries. Penelope is based in Brisbane.
Tim O’Donohue – Regional Business Development Manager – Australia
Tim is a member of the business development team. Tim is inspired to help organisations gain the capabilities they need to drive quantum leap performance improvements. He helps managers to identify and solve their critical business issues especially with respect to leadership performance, employee engagement, employee productivity and employee costs. Tim’s motivation is helping our clients make high-velocity change to improve culture and financial performance. Tim is based in Brisbane.
